It’s one thing to stay in a dog-friendly hotel—and another to have to get into your car and drive to a dog park or other venue where you can let her off-leash to run off some steam. Starting Dec. 2, you won’t have to leave home base if staying at the Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach.
That’s when this dog-passionate hotel unveils a new, 1,100 square-foot, interactive dog play park, the PAW-SÉA, where registered guests can romp with their four-legged companions. The securely fenced play area a is outfitted with a lifeguard-station dog house and a wall mural featuring angel wings where you can pose your pup for irresistible Instagram photos.
The park is part of a pet-friendly program that also provides DogTrekkers with an in-room dog bed, food and water bowls, welcome amenity and a greeting from Lago, the hotel’s French bulldog pet concierge.
The 250-room Paséa, a Meritage Collection hotel close to the beach and famous pier in “Surf City USA,” features bright coastal décor, dog-friendly outdoor restaurant tables and quick access to iconic spots including Dog Beach, one of the largest off-leash beaches in the country.
