Enjoy the comfort and quiet setting of this charming property on the American River Divide in Historic Pilot Hill. Both Cottages can be reserved individually or together and can accommodate families or groups of up to 6 - 8 persons per cottage.

Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and a fully equipped kitchen - all dishes, utensils and linens are provided. Lush gardens on the property make it ideal for weddings, receptions, family reunions, parties and more.

For those guests who travel with their horses and want to explore the area by horseback there is pasture and round corral. It is a short drive to several trail heads including The Western States / Tevis trails for endurance runners and riders. Visitors to the Gold Country will find the Cottages a charming and relaxing vacation destination.   

These Cottages reserve individually for the listed price, so you choose the one that best suits you. The Orchard Cottage with open mountain vistas or the rambling Country Cottage tucked in the trees. Large groups may choose to reserve both as they are conveniently near each other yet very private.
