This gated community in Mammoth Lakes includes dozens of vacation rentals ranging from comfortable condos to spacious single-family homes. Many are pet friendly, with renters asked to observe the following policies:
- A maximum of 2 pets are only permitted in properties designated as pet-friendly.
- Dogs are the only pets permitted.
- No pets left unattended in your rental unit or outside, even if leashed.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- Waste must be picked up and disposed of in the dumpsters.
A nonrefundable, $150 per-stay fee is charged on rentals to parties traveling with pets. It covers cleaning expenses but not damage.
