In 1995 Mishka's was started with a mission to give the city of Davis a cafe in the Old World tradition: a cozy place to meet a friend, converse, read, and relax. They also decided to accomplish this in a guilt-free manner: They roast and serve only Organic Fair Trade Coffee to help provide honest pay to those who grow it and to help save the planet.
