The lodging consists of three vacation-rental cottages located just two minutes south of Fort Bragg and Noyo Harbor (six minutes north of Mendocino). Cottages can be rented separately or jointly for groups up to 19 people.

Centrally located, they provide a perfect base from which to explore the beauty and attractions of Northern California's Redwood Coast.

As you drive up the road their llamas are the first to greet you, along with Sam-I-am (the border collie that works many hours a day herding the llamas), chickens, and Rosie the cat.

Dog-friendly policies:

  • Cost per dog: $10 Per Night

While you can drive from one end of Mendocino County to the other in a morning or afternoon (it’s 102 winding miles from Leggett to Gualala on scenic Highway 1) this intoxicating stretch of coastline is best savored at a snail’s pace. Our advice: Hang your hat (and leash) for at least a night in one of the many dog-friendly lodgings situated within sight and sound of the sea.  more »
