In just 25 short years, John Muir Land Trust has risen from its humble roots to become one of the leading forces for conservation in northern California. With more than 2,000 acres now under stewardship, many of the most beautiful places in Contra Costa County are permanently preserved for recreation, wildlife, scenic views and recreation including hiking with your dog.
